You keep your rights
Non-exclusive license — keep selling everywhere else. Walk away anytime with 30 days' notice.
Revenue share
Your title earns a share of the ad revenue it generates. No fees, no charges, nothing out of pocket — ever.
Honest reporting
Monthly per-title plays and earnings from our own first-party tracking. No black box.
Credits always shown
Your title's credits and license are displayed right on its watch page. Attribution is house policy.
What we're looking for
- Bright — feel-good features & shorts, comedy, animation, family-friendly anything
- Martial Arts — action with a kick, old school or new
- Romance — love stories, rom-coms, holiday movies
- Horror — the fun kind: creature features, slashers, spooky shorts
- Documentaries & shorts that leave people better than they found them
How to submit
- Email
hello@optimisticmedia.netwith the subject "Film Submission — ‹Your Title›" - Include: title, runtime, genre, year, a short synopsis, and a screener link (Vimeo/private link is fine)
- Confirm you own or control the streaming rights (and tell us the territory — worldwide is ideal)
- Attach or link poster art (16:9 preferred) if you have it
Ready when you are 🎬
We watch everything submitted and reply either way — usually within a week. If it's a fit, you'll be live on OPTtv shortly after the paperwork.
Submit your filmBy submitting you confirm you hold the rights to the material. We license content under a simple non-exclusive agreement — you'll see the full terms before anything goes live. OPTtv publishes only rights-verified titles.
