Entries close Monday, August 3 at 11:59 PM ET. Qualifying performances go live on OPT TV for public voting August 4–7, and the Top 5 in each category — ten finalists — perform live in Rochester on Sunday, August 16. Entering means you agree to the Official Rules.

Entrants must be 18+. One entry per person per category. By entering you confirm your material is original and any music is cleared. Entries are protected by automated spam filtering, and voting is guarded by account sign-in, one-vote-per-entry limits, and network-level anti-cheat — disclosed in full in the Official Rules.
